Het secretariaat is open op vrijdag van 14.00 uur tot 17.30 uur en op zaterdag en zondag vanaf 08.00 uur tot eind van de show.
Stallen zijn beschikbaar op vrijdag vanaf 14.00 uur tot einde van de show op zondag.
Als u eerder wilt aankomen of later wilt vertrekken laat ons dat uiterlijk dinsdag 19 mei weten zodat wij de locatie op de hoogte kunnen brengen.
Niet alle stallen zijn uitgerust met water en voerbakken, neem deze voor de zekerheid zelf mee.
Alle stallen worden opgeleverd met 2 pakken zaagsel, meer zaagsel kan bijgekocht worden bij de organisatie.
Hooi is gratis beschikbaar.
Voor vrachtwagens en trailers is de ingang via de onverharde weg: hier een link naar google maps: Google maps
Indien u stroom aansluiting nodig heeft voor vrachtwagen, caravan, tent etc, dan dient u dat uiterlijk dinsdag 19 mei aan ons door te geven. Als er geen stroom aansluiting gereserveerd is dan is er geen aansluiting voor u beschikbaar. De locatie moet een aggregaat regelen indien nodig.

The show office will be available on Friday from 14.00 – 17.30 hrs and on Saturday and Sunday from 08.00 until the end of the show.
Stables are available from Friday at 14.00 hrs until the end of the show on Sunday.
If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, please let us know by Tuesday at the latest so that we can notify the venue.
Not all stables are equipped with water and drinking troughs. Please bring these yourself just in case.
An initial bedding of wood shavings (2 packs) will be provided. If you would like more wood shavings, you can purchase them from the organization.
Hay will be made available to everyone.

If you need power for the truck, caravan or tent, please let us know by Tuesday at the latest.
If no power is reserved, there will be no power connection avaliable. We need to inform the venue of this in advance so they can order a generator if necessary.
